Information transparency and accuracy are commitments that ANAM - Aeroportos e Navegação Aérea da Madeira, SA has undertaken as a reflection of the corporate values and principles by which the company and the people forming part of the same are guided.

Both of these standards inspire procedures and working methods focused on creating value. Accordingly, the general disclosure of Service Quality Indicators is of pivotal importance to the implementation of our business.
In this context, the results of the international Airport Service Quality (ASQ) study carried out by ACI (Airports Council International) are published quarterly.

In the first quarter of 2007 ten new airports took part in the study, raising the number of participants to 93. This increase in participation has strengthened ASQ’s position as the most comprehensive benchmarking program in the field.

The study consists of surveying passengers on international and domestic flights at the Madeira Airport.
