VIP Serviçes

Madeira Airport has two VIP lounges, one on Level 0 and another on Level 1. Besides these two lounges, there are also another two rooms set aside for the use of the press.
 

CIP SERVICES

Assistance provided to CIP passengers when traveling from/to the plane, with the provision of lounges and other facilities. Madeira Airport has two CIP lounges, on Level 1 (Arrivals) and Level 3 (Departures).

When requesting this form of assistance, there are three types of services to choose from:

Type A Service – this is a personalized service, including reception at the airport, assistance at the arrival and departure, use of the EUROPA and ATLÂNTICO Lounges and when required you can be accompanied by a group of up to ten people, non-passengers, with no extra charge being made for the first two companions;

Type B Service – Use of the Atlantic Lounge when boarding, with CIP assistance being provided when boarding or leaving the plane. This service ends at the boarding gate and begins at the disembarkation gate;

Type C Service – Use of the Atlantic Lounge by passengers traveling in preferential class with airlines that are clients of the airport. 

The charges for these services are those stated in the price schedule currently in force, not including VAT:
